About Us
Stories Without Borders is a platform to share the raw and authentic voices of refugees living in Canada. Each person generously shared a story that is meaningful to them. Through their stories, we aim to foster compassion, understanding, and inclusivity within our communities.

About the Project Lead
My name is Fariah Humaira Rahman. I graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor’s of Science (HBSc), where I majored in biology and minored in theatre. It was during my theatre minor that I learned about the power of storytelling to discuss topics related to oppression, injustice, and resilience. I wanted to harness what I learned and apply it to a real-life setting to have a positive impact on my community. This is what inspired me to create this project.
